Biographical Info

Mr. Rizzo is a retired Senior Partner of Jones Day, a global law firm with more than 2,500 lawyers. He practiced primarily in the areas of fiduciary representation and ERISA litigation with extensive experience in ESOP and employer stock transactions, and plan compliance and correction matters. Mr. Rizzo was instrumental in the development for the Firm of Jones Day International benefits Group to highlight and promote the Firm’s pension and benefit law expertise in Europe. He has lectured extensively and has authored articles on the design and operation of qualified retirement plans and plan investment in employer stock and real estate.

Mr. Rizzo received his B.A. from St. Norbert College and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
